Don't put Limits on Your Earnings

One of the best things about freelancing is that you can charge whatever you want.

When we get a traditional job, we are told what we are worth per hour, per month, per year. And if we want a few cents or dollars raise, we need to work super hard for the next few years.

This puts an 'invisible' income ceiling on our heads… that we are only worth $XYZ amount.

I get concerns all the time about people who want to take the leap to be their own boss, but then they end up working twice as hard and only making the same or worse than their 9-5.

This is mostly a mindset problem, and I don't want this to happen to you.

Because we've been led to believe our work has a finite value, we carry that on to anything else we do.

This means that if you're getting paid $25 an hour… you'll probably only be comfortable charging $25 an hour.

What about $500 an hour? That's likely a figure that will make you shake your head in disbelief.

However… I charge (and people have paid for) $500 an hour for private coaching. And I know many people who are able to charge thousands or more.

How is this possible?

Because we've broken the time = money link. It's not about how much time you're giving them for that hour, it's about how much VALUE.

If you can produce a sales letter that generates a million dollars, you can certainly charge top dollar for your efforts.

If you can successfully coach some one to their desired result, they'll be willing to pay anything that gets them there.

Would you like to be able to earn hundreds or thousands in an hour?

This is the power of freelancing.

To Your Success!
