You’ll agree… that if you want above average results, you must do things in a way that’s above average.
So let’s look at Jeff Bezos’ day - no matter what you think of him, he’s WAY above average... at least when it comes to wealth and the influence on the world.
He gets up early. Has coffee, spends some time with the family.
Then, he starts with his most important meetings - in other words, he does work that requires the most brain power first.
Most importantly, he draws a line when he’s tired. At the end of the day, Bezos tries to avoid making decisions - because of something called mental fatigue.
Finally, he makes sure he gets enough sleep - at least 8 hours.
Surprised?
It might seem a little bit surprising that he doesn’t hustle 24/7 - like most of those success blogs would have you believe you should.
But if you want to see any reasonable amount of success, it’s more about being really clear about what it is you’re getting paid to do.
And as an online entrepreneur, it’s more about making decisions and executing a handful of things consistently at the highest level.
If you spend every waking minute on your business, trying to do everything yourself…
you’re not going to see success…but you’re going to burn out.
So how do you focus on the vital few things?
You get others to take care of the things you shouldn’t touch.
My mentor Jason Fladlien explains it brilliantly here on his latest free training.
