How Early are You "Meeting" Your Subscribers?

Wishing you a very Merry Christmas & a Prosperous 2021!

What is the Meet & Greet Funnel?

And why would you use it for Affiliate Marketing?

As you know, with and Affiliate Program, the initial goal is to get your subscribers to purchase a particular product or offering.

And while we think this is a great method to get started online, there is one elephant in the room from selling someone else’s product…

If you’re not careful, you might remove the most important piece from the equation - you.

Yes, you are the most important piece in promoting any product.

The reason is, if you simply use your link and have people click over to the training page, you’ll only be building the product owner's business.

And while I'm sure they would thank-you for that business, you really need to build your own business in the process.

So, how can you make sure you’re putting you into your marketing?

The simplest way that I’ve come across in the past few months has been what I call a Meet & Greet funnel.

A Meet & Greet Funnel can look a lot of different ways but the basic concept is this…

As soon as someone opts in to your landing page, they should be taken to a page where you can introduce yourself.

This page should have a short video or image of yourself, and a little text description.

You want people to know that you’re going to be with them from the beginning of their online business journey until whenever they decide to call it quits. (hopefully never!)

This is a great time to inspire your readers and let them know that if they decide to purchase the product you're promoting, they won’t be doing it alone, but you’ll be right there with them every step of the way.

This will also increase your Open Rates.

If you don’t properly introduce yourself when a subscriber opts in, they may also be confused as to who you are when you start emailing them.

Think about that.

You want to get your foot in the door as soon as possible so you can be clear that this is your business and your email list.

This will be extremely important when you begin to promote further products to your list like software tools or maybe other courses that might fit their needs.

If you establish yourself as the author and go-to-person of your list, then even if the first one isn’t the right product for them, they’ll look to you for guidance on where to turn.

So don’t be shy!

Introduce yourself early and often in your funnel.

This is your business so enjoy Meeting & Greeting your subscribers!

To Your Success!
